A nice muddy, slippery off-road one this morning, at a moderate pace after a harder effort yesterday for the NYD Fly 5k. Just managed under 30 mins with 29:59!

Happy new year, I'm happy to say while carrying the extra Christmas overindulgence weight I managed to at least do it in 24:52.
Not my target but at least a sub 25

(pbs for children, they refuse to run together and I can't keep up with either of them so Gary went out twice)

Me 34:56 made a bad decision, went out too late and there were too many people put so have to reroute a few times.
