Time: Any time of the day or night on Saturday

Venue: Any 5k course you like - you could run 'with' a club-mate. family or a friend.

Result collection: please post your Name and Time on the NHRR Forum thread

'FSOM Times' on Saturday or Sunday morning.

This forum was about different topics of which one was about the postman. Postman is the carrier of messages. They carry messages from one recipient to the other. They have a big responsibility for masterpapers their shoulder. If they do some mistakes in delivering the message then it will create a problem, for the recipient to interpret the message.
