As a resident of Settle, i would like to ask the riders who enter Settle from 7.30am onwards, why they insist on breakind the speed limit of 30 mph? I know of two RTA'S in which two riders have lost there lives coming into settle at fast speed, maybea it's a done thing, bravardo? i don't know. Just please slow down, seeing some one dead in the road is not nice.
