LUv to be on your site. Please add www.ghiachick to your site, the site is from a woman's point of view as she restores two 1973 Karmann Ghias. It has some great info and tips. |

When I saw the "Duane's" license plate frame on the GT750, I had to smile. I once owned this GT. Classic story, I found it in a barn covered with years of crud. I really didn't know what to do with it, I had no time or desire to restore it...but I couldn't leave it there. You sure did a wonderful job on it. I sold it to Scott and he said he sold it to someone who would bring it back to life. |

Nice to see a Duke come back to shiny life....have a GT meself for the last two years which I`ve just started working on....its almost complete-ex-south Africa bike-but ugly. Needs injection of funds. Used to race a 1972 750 Sport-sold it in `99 and was always sorry-anything Italian and alloy does it for me. Have weakness for Alfas too and there`s a rusty Lancia Fulvia in the family currently. Been mulling overa Moto Guzzi 1100 Sport for awhile too-am I a helpless case? |

Mr. Hiagashi introduced me to the path of sick mechanical budda like enlightenment. Also he is freakishly quick with the pebble trick. - Gosh I hope its a pebble and not something else. I will let you know once I can grab the darn thing. |
