We live in Rose Hill (Jasper County) And tend to our cows, donkeys and dogs. I am a Registered Nurse but came home last year to home school and work around the house. My husband is a Well Supervisor and is gone 2 weeks at a time. Kayla came from Newton Academy and we use the Abeka program. She was familiar with it since that is what the academy used. She is enjoying home school and takes karate. However she is needing more social activities and misses time with friends. We are looking forward to meeting ya'll and will see you on the 11th!

My husband is self employed and I work as area rep. for placing exchange students. We have a student this year, She is from Serbia. Our youngest daughter Amber is a full of energy little girl.

We have always lived in Meridian. Chris is a graduate of Southeast and I(Tyonia) am a graduate of Northeast. Chris works for Southern Company which is the sister company of Mississippi Power and does all their telecommunications for this area. I am a stay at home mom for the last six years. Chris enjoys just about anything outdoors. I enjoy the outdoors when its not hot and there are no bugs.

Keaton, our oldest, enjoys Transformers and I believe he has just about all of them. He also enjoys swimming, fishing, riding his four-wheeler, and baseball.

Kolby, our youngest, will start homeschooling next year. He will finish at Northeast Middle School this year. He enjoys soccer, fishing but only if catches one right away, riding his bike, four-wheeling, swimming, and playing the WII.

We have three dogs, and as a family we enjoy camping, fishing, and going to church.

We have 3 boys who are all very different from their brothers. We are all from Meridian. My husband was homeschooled and is now 34. We are extremely family centered and our number one goal is to raise godly young men and our number two goal (regarding homeschool) is to raise children that think critically. Dawson is extremely intellectual and has a deep love for the Lord. Cade is our agile child (gross motor skills) who can talk faster than an auctioneer. Camden is a combination of the two with an added fire to him so that he can keep up with his older brothers.

We are homeschooling Crystal for the first year, she was attending Enterprise with her siblings, but she was struggling within the regular ed classroom. My husband and I decided the best thing for her to reach her full potentional was to try the one on one approach. So this will be my first year to homeschool her and I pray it goes well. We are excited about being part of the Co-Op because I would love for Crystal and Kaylee, as well as myself to find support and other people who understand our circumstances. We look forward to getting to know everyone!!! Hopefully my other children will have a chance to meet this wonderful group as well.
