Points are awarded for every run of 10 miles or more as follows:
10 up to 13 miles: 0.5 point
13 up to 16 miles: 1 point
16 up to 20 miles: 1.5 points
20 up to 26 miles: 2 points
26 up to 30 miles: 3 points
30 miles and over: 4 points
Maximum points score for a single run is 4.
Providing home-made cake after a social run or other valuable services to running: 0.5 point
Back in the game... Andy and I managed 10 miles tail running at Coed y Brenin this morning 😀
10 miles for Gem and I this morning round Barton Hills and Stopsley Xcountry route
14 miles for me today around the back roads of Bedfordshire in the beautiful sunshine!
13.5 miles for me on the Greenway today.
26.8 miles Dovedale Dipper for me!
10 miles last Sunday up and down the seafront in Crete. 14 miles yesterday morning with John Auld from Hitchin to Stevenage and back.
First entry for me - 14.5 miles for me on Sat morning. The pain for Chelmsford has begun!

This pesky SORE league.
I found myself looking down over Fairfield this evening thinking of a nice warm bath and some dinner.
Then I look down at my Garmin and see that just another 3km would Ewan me am extra 0.5 point. So much to the dismay of my already sorry stomach (who had been looking forward to some curry) I found myself swerving towards Letchworth to take in a few more hills before coming back through Fairfield (past Tesco where said stomach tried to talk me into taking a detour past the pizza aisle) before reaching home.
So that will be 13 miles and 1 point please 😀
