Points are awarded for every run of 10 miles or more as follows:
10 up to 13 miles: 0.5 point
13 up to 16 miles: 1 point
16 up to 20 miles: 1.5 points
20 up to 26 miles: 2 points
26 up to 30 miles: 3 points
30 miles and over: 4 points
Maximum points score for a single run is 4.
Providing home-made cake after a social run or other valuable services to running: 0.5 point

How can i add my name to the league? I ran 11 miles on Saturday and 10 miles the week before. My route started in Stotfold, Letchworth, Baldock then back home.
Similar question to above. Can i add my name to the league please.
I ran 16.25 this morning and have several long runs over the previous months.
I am presuming any long run activity starts from now rather than backtracking any previous long runs ?

All you need to do is add your run and you will be included in the SORE League. Stewart, yes, you can include previous runs back to 1st January this year. If you can include the dates that would be helpful. Thanks and welcome to the League!

April 5th = 10 miles. Baldock and Letchworth Run.
April 9th = 15 miles = Greenway and a social with Matussa.
April 16th = 12 miles = Easter sunday run on the Beast course.
May 17th = 14 miles = Greenway run from Baldock.
May 27th = 10.1 miles = Baldock and Letchworth run.
June 4th = 13.9 miles = GSRR recce gone very wrong.
July 23rd = 14 miles = Baldock Beast course run and more.
July 30th = 12.1 miles = North Norfolk holiday run.
August 6th = 16.1 miles = Ashwell, The Mordens to Baldock loop.

Hi Sue. I've been away with no internet access for 3 weeks so haven't been able to update. I ran 10 miles on 23rd July, 30th July and 6th August. I also ran 13 miles today around the greenway. Would you also mind checking if I posted my 13.1 miles from 9th July. Thanks Sue and sorry to be pain. Xx
