With 2 weeks of our training block completed it's back to the longer reps for this week. Tuesday's session is 2-3 x 2M at 10km/HM pace with 90s recovery. Thursday is 3 x 1M at 5km pace on the Grange loop again with 90s recovery and Saturday will be 5 x 800m at 3km pace also with 90s recovery. All the recoveries should be active, i.e. easy jog or at ;east a walk. Pete will be coaching on Saturday as I am joining some friends for a sponsored walk.
