Training Tuesday 29th & Thursday 31st August

Tonight's session for anyone not racing tomorrow is 6 x 500m at Broadway with 90s active recovery. Thursday will be 16 x 200m reps on the Greenway at Norton Pond. You are very welcome to complete less reps if 16 seems a little daunting:) Due to the FSoTM 5km on Saturday there will not be a coached session at Ridlins.

If you are racing then 3M with strides tonight and a recovery run on Thursday would be ideal leaving the 16 x 200m for Saturday:) Enjoy!
