Training Tuesday 12th & Thursday 14th September

With the Hatfield 5km (Herts Vets Champs) on Wednesday we will combine blue and green groups so Tuesday's session will be 6 x 500m at St Francis with 2 mins active recovery whilst Thursday's session will be Backhorse Rd hills. members racing can enjoy an easy run on Tuesday with some strides and a recovery run on Thursday.

Brian will post yellow group training whilst the 2nd week for purple group consists of a ladder on Tuesday of 2 x 5mins/4mins/3mins/2mins and a 30mins continuous run on Thursday.

Due to the Round Norfolk Relay this weekend there will not be a coached session on the track on Saturday.
