I have a new 10k PB, 57:16. I have been chasing that sub 60 for a few months now, my 10k's have either been 1:01 or 1:02. What better way to get a PB, on home ground with NHRR at Standalone. Thank you to everyone who shouted words of encouragement, especially at 8k in the rain.I salute you all
Looking back, I see you made contact with the Club in October, after a false start due to an ankle issue you started with walk/run 2 min reps in November, ........... a marathon in April ............ and a now sub-hour, 57 min 10K. Where .......... = loads of work/runs you've put in.
Hope some those in the Purple Group follow your great example.
