Blue group session on Tuesday is the popular 2 - 3 x Dunhams hills up and overs and Thursday is 3 x 1M @5km pace on the new Grange out and back course with 90s recovery.
Tuesday sees green group also enjoying a hill session at Blackhorse Rd whilst Thursday is at St Francis for a 5km pace session of 8-12 x 400m with 90s recovery,
Yellow group have 5 x Haymoor hills on Tuesday with 2mins recovery and a ladder of 2 x 5/4/3/2/mins with 60s recovery between each rep on the right hand side of Icknield Way starting from the Weldability lamppost.
Finally, our newest group, purple group have a hill session at Wheat Hill on Tuesday and a 40min continuous run on Thursday.
Saturday's track session is 16 x 200m @800m pace with 90s active recovery. Please bring £2 in correct change to pay FVS for use of the track and post below to let me know if you are attending.

I have bad memories and I have not fully recovered so I will run the Baldock loop easy and chatty pace

I want to know what Paul's bad memories of Blackhorse Lane are - I seem to remember him overseeing the rest of us running up and down the hill more times than ever before because he thought it was shorter than it is!
