Good to see John Auld making some home-made flapjacks to enjoy at the end of his long run and earning an extra half point for doing so! Hope to see some mince pies being made for the long runs during December! :santa:

Points are awarded for every run of 10 miles or more as follows:
10 up to 13 miles: 0.5 point
13 up to 16 miles: 1 point
16 up to 20 miles: 1.5 points
20 up to 26 miles: 2 points
26 up to 30 miles: 3 points
30 miles and over: 4 points
Maximum points score for a single run is 4.
Providing home-made cake after a social run or other valuable services to running: 0.5 point
No long run for me this week, but I did bake flap jack for after the cross country. And it all went! I’m getting better, but still some issues with stickyness. However moving in the right direction!
Steve Lummis and I did a chilly 10 miler on Sunday evening.
I ran the Donostia / San Sebastian Marathon on Sunday although my Garmin had me running 26.3 miles :grimacing:
10.1 miles round the Greenway today. Overtaken by Jane C at 7 miles!
10.2 miles on Tuesday
10 miles yesterday afternoon.
