This week's sessions will be dependant on the state of the pavements but if we are not able to offer a session we will till meet and go off running from the club if conditions allow.
Tuesday sees purple group at Wheat Hill for 6 reps with 90s recover and yellows have a 7 x 3mins fartlek with 2mins loop back, although Brian may wish to change this as you also completed this session last Tuesday. Greens have a Broadwater Avenue/The Meads/Broadwater Dale/Spring Rd pyramid whilst blues are at St Pauls for 6 x 1M at HM pace with 60s recovery.
On Thursday all groups have a ladder from the Grange roundabout of 2 x 5/4/3/2 mins with 60s recovery between each effort. Pete will be coaching the club as I will be away in Prague.
No session Saturday as we are racing our XC on Sunday. Happy and safe running - take extra care.
