Thank you to all who came for the run and talk yesterday, thanks to Karen for initiating, thanks to Monica for offering the walk session, thanks to Linda and Paula providing home-made cake!!
It was a lovely opportunity to sit and chat afterwards and for some to also to take the opportunity to talk about mental health. I appreciate that some of your shared their own experiences as this will make it easier for other who may feel reluctant to talk about it.
