Bedford 20 miles of magic this morning. Perfect race conditions and a new PB, 3:44.
No long run for me this week - doing the Vets' XC at Royston instead - but am I allowed to plead home-made blondies (and a few creme egg brownies) provided for hungry xc runners? Miranda also made some flapjacks :cake: :birthday: :doughnut: :cookie:
16.5m for us today, round parts of the Greenway and Hitchin Hoop. Lovely day for a run too, we could get used to this spring weather!
