Points are awarded for every run of 10 miles or more as follows:
10 up to 13 miles: 0.5 point
13 up to 16 miles: 1 point
16 up to 20 miles: 1.5 points
20 up to 26 miles: 2 points
26 up to 30 miles: 3 points
30 miles and over: 4 points
Maximum points score for a single run is 4.
Providing home-made cake after a social run or other valuable services to running: 0.5 point

One of my favourite times of the week is this writing this post, especially this week - makes me feel it’s been worth it :hugging_face:
This was my biggest ever mileage week, 81.8 miles! And reached 96 consecutive days of running :open_mouth:
5 scoring runs as follows;
Tuesday - 10.4 miles
Wednesday - 16.3 miles - including up the Baldock Beast
Thursday - 10.75 miles - marathon pace session with Mr Vaughan
Saturday - 10.4 miles - including track session
Sunday - 22.4 miles - Quickswood route with extra loop and a de-tour back through Letchworth to Baldock.
Just the one scoring run for me tnis week, 13.1 miles
10 miles round the streets of Hitchin for me today - avoiding off-road at the moment as one can only enjoy so much mud ......
Enjoyable 20 miles with Julie Harris this morning, taking in Letchworth, Stotfold and Arlesey, saying Hi to a few Squirrels as well. :slightly_smiling_face:

13.1 Two Oceans Half Marathon, Cape Town! Toughest but most beautiful mileage!
13.4 miles around the greenway, Weston and Willian for me. No rain, but many, many puddles!
10 miles on Saturday with Yellow Group (10 of us) doing new Henlow, Langford, Arlesey loop - a bit muddy/slippery in a few places. Ended up in The Crown for coffee/tea/..... ex.
Naomi and Lucy went for a 20 mile training run round around the country roads of Bedfordshire (we saw more cyclists than cars!)
