Strength & conditioning Thursday 5th April

I have now demonstrated the following exercises: squats, lunges, Romanian dead lifts, lateral walking with a band, clams, bridges, hamstring curls and toe grabs! On Thursday I thought it would be useful to run through a set of each to show how easy it is to put together a little 20 minute programme that can have huge benefits:) Whilst you would not usually do a strength and conditioning session before you run we will only be doing a maximum of 8 of any of the exercises. Look forward to seeing some of you.
