Purple group session on Tuesday is 5 x Wheat Hill reps with 90s recovery whilst yellow group are at Standalone for 8 x 500m. Green group will be running 7 x 1200m round the Grange Rd/Wilbury Rd loop with 90s recovery at 10km pace whilst blue group have 2 x 2M and 2 x 1M with 90s and 75 s recovery from Willian Way traffic lights.
On Thursday purple group have a fartlek of 7 x 3mins with 2mins easier running between each effort, yellow group are in Norton Common for 6 x the hill loop and blues and greens have 8 x 600m on Bedford Rd bumps with 90s recovery between each rep. The marathon session is 6M at marathon pace.
Track returns on Saturday with drills followed by a 300m parlauf with 100m jog back whilst partner runs 300m. If we are short of numbers we will swap to 400m reps:) Enjoy!

Half marathon towards 10km depending on recent and future racing and training sessions plannes.
