With the 2nd MWL race at St Albans on Thursday you may prefer an easy run on Tuesday or possibly a 20/30 minute tempo to prepare those legs for racing:) However, we also know that some of you would love to race but are unable to do so so sessions tomorrow are a fartlek for purples and yellows of 10 x 2mins with 1 minute easier running between each effort and 5 x 1000m off 90s recovery on the Greenway at Hillbrow for blues and greens. Pete and I are going to RHS Chelsea tomorrow, (the joys of retirement) so apologies that we might not get back in time, particularly if the new timetable is mot behaving!
I am assuming that there will not be any sessions on Thursday due to the MWL but if you can't make St Albans do post below if you would lie to meet at the club and run with club mates. Due to Thursday's race there will not be a track session on Saturday. Enjoy the sunshine but remember to stay hydrated and your suncream and hat:)
