Thank you for posting on the SORE League.
Fantastic result for everyone at the MWL. It was a real pleasure marshalling and watching everyone speed by mostly with a smile on their face!
One lady asked me what was going on and could anyone take part? Yes, of course, I said, come along one evening and join in the fun and you will soon be running along with them. She replied that she suffers with depression and various other things and finds it hard to socialise. After standing watching the runners go by and believing that she could also be one of them, she walked off with a lovely smile on her face telling me that she will indeed come along one evening and join in the fun and excitement that running can bring to everyone!
Have a great week of hot running! :sunny: :runner: :sunny:

Just over 10 miles for me this morning, out to Pirton and then back over Oughton Head common - lovely sunny day with a welcome breeze :sunglasses:
I think I'm still owed half a point for an after work 10 miler I did a few weeks ago - it was week 24 (I think) and I posted at the very last minute on the Thursday evening, but I don't think it got included - sorry, I should have mentioned this as soon as I noticed but I kept forgetting!
14.2 miles around the greenway this morning.
