Blue group session on Tuesday is 6 x Dunhams 1500s with 90s recovery. This starts at the top of the road near the football pitches. Thursday's session is a 15 min warm up, 20 min threshold and 15 min cool down.
Green group session on Tuesday is Bedford Rd bumps. 4-5 x out and back, 1.2M, with 90s or 2 mins recovery. Thursday's session is a fartlek of 10 min warm up, 7 x 3 mins at 5km pace with 1min easier running between each effort and a 10 min cool down.
Purple group have 6 x Wheat Hill reps on Tuesday with 90s recovery between rep and a 25 min tempo run on Thursday.

Track is on on Saturday with the usual drills and hurdle walk overs before 6-8 x 400m with 90s recovery. 9.15am, start at Ridlins. Cost is £2 payable to FVS for track hire. PLease post if you coming to track.
