Thank you for posting on the SORE League.
I thought I would bring your attention to "Price Match" which some running shops now offer. I visited Cotswold Outdoor at Biggleswade to enquire about a Garmin watch. The watch was in stock but was £80 more expensive than the same watch from a UK website. Cotswold Outdoor said they would price match as long as the website was based in the UK.
So worth bearing in mind before you click on the online "buy" button!! I will leave you guessing whether I bought the watch

13 miles up the big hill into Preston this morning, with Miranda's good company. The rain was heavy and cold and the puddles were epic - I was soaked to the skin when I got home. We did see a lovely herd of deer cross the road in front of us as we headed away from Preston and towards St Ippolyts
