Purple group training for Tuesday is 6 x Bedford Rd bumps with 90s recovery at each end of the road. The Ampthill XC stars will need an easy, social run:) On Thursday purple's session is a 10 min warm up, 20 min threshold and 10 min cool down.
3 x 1M at St Paul's with 2mins recovery is Yellow group's Tuesday session whilst on Thursday it's a fartlek of 10 x 2 mins with 2 mins easier running between each effort to loop back to the group.
Green session on Tuesday is 6-8 x 1000m @ 10km pave with 90s recovery on the St Francis loop and Thursday is Blackhorse Rd hills.
Blue group's Tuesday training is 2-3 x Dunhams up and overs and on Thursday it is a 10-15 min warm up followed by a 30 min threshold run, or 4-6M at HM pace if you are preparing for St Neots, followed by a 10-15 min cool down.
