A sunny but not overly warm Seville half marathon on Sunday 27th.
12.5 and a 13.1 for me Sue (should have gone that extra half for a half!). Off topic, "Awesome Girl" has inspired me to run everyday (for as long as I can keep it going) and this will be my 30th tonight (although won't be too far after a badminton session as well). The Marathon season approaches!!
3 miles at FSOM followed by a lovely snowy 7 miles over Pegston hills with Adam, Alice an Jenni. Made it up to 10. Thank you sue
10 miles for me on Thursday and 17 miles this morning
1 and a half points for me for 16.4 miles around and about the place :)
Am I posting in the right week? Anyway, about 13.5 miles for me this morning, along with lots of other Squirrels, on a lovely sunny but very cold run over the Baldock Beastie route. Very pleased that my dodgy knee held up - furthest I've run for a while.
Hi Sue, 11 miles for me yesterday, running from Woodford Green to Roding Valley Parkrun around the course and back to Woodford Green. Also 17.3 miles around Epping forest today was supposed to be 16 however got a little lost haha
15 miles for me on the Greenway today
10.8 miles for me today in the lovely sunshine. Had great company too with Tash and Helen. Thanks Sue.
16 miles on the Highway to Hell Aka Bedford Road. A beautifully boring run in a straight line all the way to shefford. What makes it even more enjoyable is trying to count the number of people who drive past and mouth mad fool and other such niceties on the way. They might be right. Thanks!
10 miles for me please Sue, 5 miles from Hitchin to Norton common, helped out at the first Saturday and then ran 5 miles back home. It's good to be back!
18 miles dodging ice and mud on the green way today!
13.5 miles for me yesterday on the Baldock Beast course with a little extra.
