Training Tues 26th & Thurs 28th Feb

Tuesday's session for blue group is a ladder of 2 x 5/4/3/2 mins with 60s recovery between each rep on the Broadway/South View loop. Green group have 7 Wheat Hill reps at 5km pace with 90s recovery whilst yellow group will be enjoying a fartlek of 7 x 3 mins with 2 mins to loop back and regroup. Purple group session is the Broadwater pyramid as The Meads, The Dale, Top of Braodwater, The Dale, The Meads with 90s recovery after each loop. With so many people taming the Beast and Brighton today there should be a large group enjoying a social run to ensure that they have recovered from their race.

On Thursday purple group have 2 x 2 x 7 mins out and back along Icknield Way left hand side. Yellow group session is 3 x 1M on Grange Road loop with 2 mins recovery starting and finishing in Lammas Way. Green and blue group session is Dunhams hills although you may prefer a tempo. half marathon or marathon pace run if you are targeting a spring half or marathon or ran the Beast, which is quite hilly I believe!!!

No track on Saturday as it's the First Saturday of the Month! Where has February gone? Happy running with NHRR in March!
