Tuesday's training for blur group is a 1.75M warm up followed by Harkness hills and a 1.75M warm down. Green group session is 5-7 x 1200m at 10km pace with 90s active walk recovery on the Broadway/South View loop and purple group will be at Haymoor for 4-5 reps with 90s recovery. In Brian's absence Pete will be coaching yellow group on Tuesday for 6 x Runnalow reps with 2 mins recovery.
On Thursday there are options of tempo/half marathon or marathon pace runs whilst the coached session will be 200m reps along St Francis to work your speed:) 12 - 20 reps with a 100m jog recovery or 60s recovery. Yellow group have a fartlek of 10 x 2 mins efforts with 2 mins easier running to loop back and regroup. In Brian's absence this will be led by the athletes.
There will be no track session on Saturday as the March Run of the Month is the Letchworth Park Run on Saturday 16th, enjoy!
