Tuesday's training for purple group is a pyramid of The Dale, The Meads and Spring Road and then back down again. Optional as to whether you do 2 x Spring Rd or just one. 2 mins after Spring Road and 90s recovery after the shorter 2 reps. yellow group session is 6 x Wheat Hill with 2mins recovery whilst greens have 1 x 2M and 4 x 1M from Willian Way traffic lights. Blue group session is 3-4 x 1M run throughs from Penn Way. Please note that warm up and cool down is 1.7M for blues.
On Thursday there are no training sessions organised as it is our monthly #runandtalk evening so an opportunity to enjoy a social run and some aerobic kms or miles:)
