Training Tues 16th, Thurs 18th & Sat 20th April

Unfortunately Pete and Karen were unable to go away as planned so Karen will be able to coach this week. After awesome performances at Flitwick there should be several athletes looking for am easy run tomorrow night:) However, for those of you keen on a session, I will be coaching 7 x 800m at Sainsbury's with 90s recovery. This session is open to blues and greens as Richard is away. Yellow group have short hill reps in Norton Common whilst purple session is a ladder of 2 x 5/4/3/2 mins with 60s between each effort.

On Thursday blues and greens have a choice of a tempo, half marathon or marathon pace run depending on your current goals. Yellow group session is 4 x 1000m at Standalone whilst purple group have 6 x Bedford Rd bumps 600m with 90s recovery.

I will check if the track is open on Saturday but assuming it is the session will be drills followed by 2 x 800m, 4 x 400m, 4 x 200m & 4 x 100m with half rep jog recovery. £2 payable to FVS for track hire and session starts at 9.15am. Please post below if you are coming to track on Saturday.
