Training Tues 14th & Thurs 16th May

Tuesday's session for purple group is 3 - 4 x 1200m at Broadway/South View loop with 2 mins recovery. Yellow group have 6 x 800m bridge to bridge on the common alternating 1 min and 2 mins recovery. Green group session is a ladder of 2 x 5/4/3/2 mins with 1 min between each rep and blues are on the Grange loop for 4 x 1M with 90s recovery. If any blue group athlete would like to do 6 x 1M please let me know.

Thursday's session for everyone is a parlauf at the grass track of 300m with 100m walk back in pairs. Please check the forum on Thursday to make sure the track session can go ahead.

No coach at the track on Saturday as I will be travelling to the BMAF Relays.
