Training Tuesday 4th & Thursday 6th June

Blue group training session on Tuesday is 4-5 x Penn Way/Howard Drive 1M loop with run through recoveries. On Thursday John will be coaching 6-7 x 800m reps bridge to brisge in the Common also with 90s recovery.

Green group session on Tuesday is a parlauf at Broadway Gardens with 8 x 385m efforts and 185m active recovery around the fountain. Thursday's session is a 20 - 30 min tempo run.

Training for purples on Tuesday is 4 - 6 x Wheat Hill reps with 90s recovery and on Thursday purples also have a 20 min tempo run which you may like to try off road, possibly to the Lavender fields? Monica will be looking after purples as Mark is away on holiday.

No track Saturday as it's the bird run:) Enjoy, very disappointed we are on holiday and missing one of the highlights of the NHRR social calendar.

Tuesday - 4 x 600m (2mins) + 4 x 300m (1 min) on Norton Common

Thursday - Fartlek - 7 x 3mins (2mins easier running between each effort) on Greenway, Standalone

Can someone double confirm Thursday plans please as it’s down as the runandtalk on FB?

#RunAndTalk is on Thursday (6th) - there will be the option to enjoy and social run and chat or do one of the sessions

As always there will be plenty of chat, tea and coffee!
