Training Tues 18th June

Due to the 3rd MWL race at Orion this Thursday, 20th June, there will not be any coached sessions on Thursday. Unfortunately Karen is also not available to coach track on Saturday 22nd due to the Greensands Ridge Relay.

However, there will be fabulous coached sessions on Tuesday 18th June:) Purple group session will be the Broadwater pyramid with 90s between each rep. If you are racing Thursday you may just like to go small. medium, large and if you are not racing you may like to add in coming down as well so a second medium and a second small rep. Green group session is 8 x 400m on St Francis also with 90s recovery whilst blue group have 4 x 1200m on the Broadway/South View loop. You will note that I have selected fairly flat courses so your legs should not be fatigued for Orion:)

Training on Tuesday - a Fartlek 10 x 2 mins with 2 mins easier running & loop back.
