Training Tues 16th, Thurs 18th & Sat 20th July

if you are feeling all raced out then do consider an easy off roader on Tuesday with your running buddies:) Whilst for those of you who would prefer a session Tuesday sees blue group at Sainsbury's for 7 x 800m at 5km pace with 75s recovery. Greens will be in Norton Common for 6 x 800m bridge to bridge with 90s recovery whilst purples will be at Hillbrow for a ladder of 2 x 4/3/2/1 mins with 60s between each effort. Before training we will have a photo with the MWL trophies so please come in kit if possible and arrive a bit earlier if yo are able.

On Thursday we are not meeting at the club as our wonderful social team have organised the Mulligatawny run from Lilley Village Hall. Please see the separate post for more details.

Karen will be coaching at the track (Ridlins End, Stevenage) as usual on Saturday, 9.15am prompt start, cost £2 payable to FVS for track hire. Session will be 2 x 6 x 400m at 3km pace.
