Training Tues 3rd & Thurs 5th Sept

Please remember club kit for a photo with our East Region Club of the Year Award on Tuesday and your hi viz bibs for every session from now on as the nights are drawing in.

Tuesday's training for purple group is 4-6 x Runnalow reps with 90s recovery, green group have a 2 x 6/5/4/3 ladder whilst blue group session is 6 x 1M, venue to be posted after I have checked another new route tomorrow. I am trying to avoid St Pauls.

On Thursday there will be a session of 7 x Wheat Hill reps off 75 or 90s recovery or easy social runs as it is the 1st Thursday of the month and therefore our #runandtalk event.

No track on Saturday as it's the First Saturday of the Month 5km.
