Training Tues 17th, Thurs 19th & Sat 21st Sept

Whilst we offer sessions every week please make sure that you programme in your own easy weeks with easy aerobic runs as working hard every week can increase the risk of injury and illness. Alsi it's definitely the time of year when you need to dig out your hiviz and lights.

On Tuesday 17th we will be presenting cheques to Tracks Autism and Jackie's Dropin our 2018/19 club charities. If you could wear an item of club kit for the photo that would be great.

Tuesday's training for purple group is 4-7 x Wheat Hill with 90s recovery and on Thursday the session is Spring Rd up and down.

Green group session on Tuesday is 1 x 2M (2mins) and 2-4 x 1M (90s) on the South View/Pixmore Way/Norton Way North loop. You could use St Pauls but there are some nasty tree roots:( On Thursday greems will be joining with blues for a tempo session.

Blue group session on Tuesday is 2-3 x Dunhams up and overs (90s or 2mins) and on Thursday there's a 20-30 min tempo session.

As usual Brian will post yellow group sessions.

With the South of England Road Relays on Sunday 22nd September there will be a track session on Saturday 21st at Ridlins of drills and short reps. £2 payable to FVS for track hire and 9.15am start. Please post below if you are coming.

Tuesday - 6 x Runnalow ( @ 2mins)

Thursday - 6 x 600m (@ 2 mins) on Grange Loop
