Tuesday's training for green group is 5 x 3 mins on Blackhorse hills with 90s recovery whilst on Thursday greens have a 20-30min tempo run.
Yellow group session for Tuesday is a 12.30 out and back threshold run on the Grange with 90s recovery and Thursday training is 3 x 1200m also with 90s recovery on the Grange loop.
Purple group have 4-5 x Haymoor hill reps on Tuesday off 90s recovery and a fartlek of 10 x 2mins with 1 min easier running between each effort to regroup.
Blue group training is 6 x 1000m on the Howard Drive/Penn Way loop off 75s or 90s recovery and Thursday blues have 3 x 5mins on Blackhorse hills.
