Tuesday's training for purple group is 4-6 x Bedford Rd bumps, with out being 1 and 2 being back, with 90s recovery at each end of the road. Thursday's session is a 40min continuous run around the 5km loop.
On Tuesday yellow group session is a fartlek of 10 x 2mins with 2 min easier running to regroup between each effort and Thursday sees yellows at Haymoor hills for 4 reps also with 2mins recovery.
Green group training on Tuesday is also a fartlek of 5/4/3/2/3/4/5 mins with half rep recovery whilst blue group have 6-8 x 1200m with 75 or 90s jog recovery. On Thursday blue and green group session is 7 x Wheat Hill again with 75 or 90s recovery as appropriate for the individual athlete.
On Saturday Karen will again offer a Chicksands session which would be suitable for all abilities starting at 9am from the car park on the left hand side of the road. Please post below if you would like to come.

What would be the session at chicksands please?
15 mins warm up and drills, 30mins hills of various lengths with recovery followed by 15mins cool down. You’d need studs as it’s quite soft under foot.
