SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

The SEAA Cross Country Main Champs is at Parliament Hill on Saturday 25th January 2020.

Please post on this thread to be entered. :ticket: It is useful to let me have your EA number too - as this saves me looking it up.

Entry is £7 :dollar:

Please make sure that you give payment to me before the closing date. Ideally put it in an envelope with your name on it please as this saves me trying to remember who chucked money at me just before I tried to complete a session.

The closing date for this is Thursday 19th December 2019 :spiral_calendar_pad:

Hi John,

I'd like to race but my EA membership is expired and is tied to my previous club anyway. Can the club re-register me please?

Thanks!

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Just a heads up - if anyone was planning to get the train down for this, there aren't any that weekend (engineering works)

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Bearing in mind the lack of trains to Kings Cross, I'm wondering how best to get to this. Probably should involve some lift sharing.

http://www.seaa.org.uk/images/2020/XCMAIN20/XCMAIN20_Parking_Application_Form.pdf seems to suggest it will be difficult to park near the race. Anyone done this before and know how bad it is?

Thinking it might be more reliable to drive to High Barnet and then get the tube to Tufnell Park.

Would be more than happy to accept a lift if anyone has already figured out what they're doing :) Otherwise I might go for the above drive/tube option if anyone wants to join me.

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

James,

I was planning to drive, do you want a lift? I believe you can park on the roads around the park. Are you planning to go to the club on Tuesday?

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Hi Vince - a lift would be great. Yes - Should be at the club Tuesday

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

James, lets discuss on Tuesday.

Does anyone else want a lift?

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Vince

A lift would be nice, but there are 2 of us, plus maybe a gazebo!

Will speak to you Tuesday

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Mark,

Yes, no problem. See you Tuesday

Re: SEAA XC Champs. Parliament Hill on Sat 25th January 2020.

Good luck on Saturday, such a great XC!

I have managed to park on surrounding streets fairly easily in the past, think I parked on millfield lane near the ponds and then walked over.
