Whilst there will not be a training session on Tuesday as it is New Year's Eve we will be meeting as usual on Thursday 2nd for a social run to get back after Christmas. If you would like a session then a 20/25/30 minute tempo run would be ideal for those of you targeting races from 10km to half marathon.
No track on Saturday 4th as it will be the First Saturday of the Month 5km on Norton Common. Marshals needed but club members are also encouraged to run this race.
The coaches are currently writing the new schedule for Jan - April and will email it to members as soon as it is finished to assist your planning.
