After a tough XC race on Sunday I expect there will be several members looking for company for an easy run on Tuesday:)
For those of you who were not able to race sessions are as follows:
Purple - 8 mins warm up, 15 mins out and back (ie 30mins altogther) and 8 mins cool down. The put and back can be reduced to 10 mins if required.
Green group - 2 x 1.8M & 1-2 x 1M from Willian Way traffic lights (2mins/90s).
Blue group - ladder round Howard Drive/Penn Way, 2 x 5/4/3/2 mins (60s).
Thursday's sessions are:
Blue & green group either a non-coached tempo session of 20-40 mins as appropriate to the individual athlete or 7 x 800m (90s) at Sainsburys.
Purple group - 4-6 x Wheat Hill with 2 mins recovery or active walk up hill to recover.
As usual Brian will post yellow group training.
Saturday - track session at Ridlins 9.15am, £2 payable to FVS to contribute towards track hire.
