Training Tuesday 28th & Thursday 30th Jan

the coaches are looking forward to seeing you all at some great session this week:) Tuesday's session for green group is 4 x Bedford Rd bumps with 90s recovery, blues have 7 x 1200m (10km-HM pace) also with 90s recovery and purples are on the Spring Rd pyramid.

On Thursday Karen will be coaching 8-16 x 400m at 5k pace with 60s/75s/90s recovery as appropriate to the individual athlete or there is the option of a social continuous run with some tempo, half marathon or marathon pace sections depending on your targets. If you are going to go for a social run with or without paced sections please post below so that other members can join you.

No session Saturday as it's February!!

Tuesday - 2 x 2 x 7mins [60s/2mins] on Icknield Way4;

Thursday - 6 x 600m [60s/2mins] Wilbury Rd / Grange Rd loop.

Weather 3C & fine on Tuesday / 9C & fine on Thursday.
