Virtual strength and conditioning Tues 19th May

Week 7! Session is hosted via Zoom and starts at 8pm, finishing at 8.45pm. Includes mobility work, squats, lunges, balance, core and glute/hip exercises. All welcome including anyone who would like to give it a go for the first time. Please sign up below; meeting link will be emailed out Tuesday am.
