Virtual strength and conditioning Tues 26th May

Week 8 of our mobilise, strength and condition sessions already! Squats, lunges, hip, glute and balance work all feature with a stretch at the end. Session starts at 8pm and finishes at 8.45pm and is hosted via Zoom. I will send out an invite on Tuesday morning via email. Please sign up below; new people welcome.
