With small group coaching re-starting I am going to move the strength and conditioning session to 8.30pm to see how we all find this later start. If you could log on at 8.25 for a prompt start that would be great. I'm keen to keep it going as it helps me to keep doing my own work in the week:) If you'd like to take part in the 45 min session please post below and I will send you an email tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday) with a link to join the Zoom meeting. Focus on hips, glutes, lower legs and mobility to keep us all in great shape to enjoy the beautiful weather. Look forward to seeing some of you.
