Up and out early this morning with a time of 23:58.
Ran my Henlow/Clifton loop in the opposite direction and this is the first time under 24 mins on the hillier course.

Viv Lucas- 26:56 on the usual FSOM 2 laps around the common.
Chloe Lucas- 24:28 on a loop around the Letchworth gate part of the Greenway (although it did mean the last mile was mainly downhill!)
Lindsey Lucas- missed the message to leave the house and carried on reading her book instead....

I did, along with Charlie, FSOM - time: 51:45, distance 3.29 miles.

Beautiful route, 3 laps of a mile loop in Rowney Warren wood with Mr Rayner, warming up for the Chicksands session. I was trying to get close to 25 dead.
33.18 this time.
32:04 for us today! Same route around the common but earlier in case others had the same idea!
Good conditions for running today, especially if you are going to the pub lol.

Becky & I did our 5k on the flat loops of Cashio Lane, Norton Road & Croft Lane.
We were aiming to run a sub 25 minutes which we thought was ambitious but we pushed the whole way round and surprised ourselves with our time.

Up Wallington Rd, out & back route from Baldock. Planned a hilly tempo run, but couldn't resist putting a bit of effort in. :see_no_evil:

21:46 - this is my 3rd FSOM in a row breaking my 5K PB! Although the route is on roads around Letchworth - much easier than the actual FSOM route!
