33:24 round the Cashio loop. Still warm today which made it quite tough going.

John Auld, 24:08
I did mine as my warm up for the hill session and after a 6am open water swim, so wasn’t full blast. The route was an out and back on the greenway from manor wood up to the poo bin.
I submitted the same run to fly5k too.
Great session led by Karen!
Followed by first Saturday of the month breakfast. :egg:
20.02 - Cashio lane loop.
Way too hot and when you forget to start your watch for loop 1 it’s quite a mental battle 😂
With Rhia 20.38
And Dave Weston 20.44
Great running in the heat guys.
A (very hungover) 24:17 for me this morning, Clothall Common laps. Tough going in the heat!
Thanks Brian for organising!
Ran a 18 minute 4 seconds, while visiting family in the Cotswold, a lot hillier than I’m used to too. Huge PB of over 40 seconds!!

Round lordship estate 😊

Along part of the Greenway from Letchworth gate. It was a touch warm today!! It would have been nice to have done the real thing in the Common among the trees, I thought. Never mind, maybe next time?
Thanks Brian for organising.
25:34 for me today.
Route: Spring Road, Broadway, Hitchin Road, Letchworth Lane, Aubreys, Fouracres, Willian Way, Norton Way South, Leys Avenue, Eastcheap, back to Broadway finishing at the fountains
Also leg 2 of my Hitchin Tri virtual duathlon, so preceded by a 24km bike ride.
Satisfying day !
sorry... not following the rules
Andrew Robson 25:34.
Route as above 🙂
Completed the run this afternoon in a new PB of 24:21
Rhia threw her watch at me at the end and claimed she ran faster. I’m ok with this.
35:19 for me on my usual virtual FSOTM course, fastest one yet I think.
27.04 for my 5k as part of a 45 min progression run. Thanks for producing the results Brian.
24.18 for me around Cashio. Posted the time this morning but it’s disappeared hence the late re-post.
24:24 around Clothall Common this morning.
Thanks for sorting all the times Brian
Hi Brian - thanks for organising. Almost forgot about this!
I did it as a recovery run last night in 26:44 after the FA cup 🙌 around Whitethorn/Cloisters/Sollershott West/Broadway/Field Lane/Willian Way.
There were a lot of BBQs occurring!
