Yippee! I'm in :grinning:
Hi Georgina and I are in. However it didn’t give me the option to donate to Headway. You have to go back to the registration page and click on the link. I only highlight this as it’s says you will be given the opportunity to donate and on other entries the donation option is part of the sign up process.
Carina is right - I noticed that too, but forgot to mention it. It will mean fewer donations if people have to go back in to donate - can this be fixed?
Hi. I have received my acknowledgment for entering and see that there is a link there as well. Hopefully as people read that to see what they have to do to upload their times they will think about a donation :)
It's the way it is implemented at the moment...don't worry, we'll remind people to donate on a regular basis!
I'm in........I better go for a run tomorrow then :scream:
Special edition t-shirts are now available to purchase here: https://kustom.clothing/standalone-virtual-10k/
Costs are £9 for a t-shirt made of recycled material, £8 for a non-recycled t-shirt and £7 for a kids t-shirt
Kustom Clothing are donating 50p per t-shirt sale to Headway Hertfordshire.
T-shirt pickup will be local, details to be confirmed.
I have just entered but have now realised there’s contradictory information on the dates we can do it on. In the confirmation email it says both between 28/9 and 11/10, and 27/9 and 11/10 in different places, and the website before entering is also the latter; I really really hope it’s OK to do it on Sun 27th September because I have a really rather long virtual race on Oct 4th (and I imagine others might be racing that day too) and entered on the thought I could do this a whole week before.
I'll check the email, the website is correct.
Complete your 10k between 27 September and 11 October

we have loads of entries already (almost 500 in total) and just under £1700 in donations...but would be lovely to see more NHRR names in the entry list!
Does anyone know if there will be a prize for best fancy dress? Apparently this is a deal-breaker for dressing up... #askingforafriend.
