Virtual strength and conditioning Tues 8th Sept 8.30pm

Squats, balance, mobility, glute bridges, calf raises and clams are just some of the exercises that we enjoy on Tuesdays via Zoom. Session starts at 8.30pm and lasts 45-50 mins. Suitable for all abilities and exercises can be adapted if you have any niggles or longer standing issues. Please sign up below and I will email an invite with the link to the meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
