Virtual Strength & Conditioning Tues 15th Sept 8.30pm

Session 23 and progress in the regulars can be clearly seen, well done everyone! As usual we will work on mobility, balance, glutes and core with all exercises designed to bullet proof our bodies, making us less injury prone, and stronger so that we can hold better form throughout our runs. The session will start at 8.30pm and last about 45-50 mins. I host via Zoom and will send out an invite by email on Tuesday. Please sign up below. All welcome:)
