Responding to feedback form members we are delighted to announce that we will be organising a series of running related workshops with topics including foam rolling, nutrition and our mental approach to running. The first session will be a foam rolling special hosted via Zoom on Thursday 1st October at 8.30pm for approximately 45 minutes. The session will be led by Tracy Pitcairn who is a member of the club and also a chartered physiotherapist. The strength and conditioning squad have really enjoyed the couple of sessions that Tracy has led on a Tuesday so we know it's going to be a cracking session. The session will be practical and whether you are an experienced foam roller or a novice we are sure you will benefit from the session.
